The easiest way to get to the venue from the Barcelona international airport is by train : It just takes 21 minutes, and the train stop Arc de triomf is two minutes away on foot from the venue. The airport train ticket costs only 2.5 euro per person. You can also come by taxi. Since it is late sunday, a taxi should take less than 25 minutes to get to the venue (on a rush hour it could take more than 1 hour). A taxi should charge no more than 25-30 euro. There is also an affordable regular bus service from the airport to downtown, but train is preferred since the bus would not bring you as close to the venue as the train.

When buying airplane tickets, participants should be aware that besides the Barcelona international airport, several low cost airlines also operate through the Girona and Reus international airports, which are less that 100 km away to the venue.

Parents and additional guests who need us to make hotel arrangement should contact us in advance. The package fee for double room will be approximately 610 euros, including accomodation, food and the main events held during the championship.
